What long-term reviewers report.
- That same reviewer calls the one-year warranty the single biggest strike against the CC Supreme given its price. thepoolnerd.com
- The reviewer also warns that the warranty only holds up if the robot was bought from an Authorized Maytronics Dealer, which matters if you're shopping third-party listings. thepoolnerd.com
What independent testers found
Named testers’ published figures, not ours.
| What | Finding | Tester |
|---|---|---|
| Wall climbing | Climbed the pool walls without losing grip during hands-on testing | The Pool Nerd |
| Noted | Navigation covered the test pool with purpose and left no obvious gaps, rather than moving randomly | The Pool Nerd |
| Filter capacity | Ships with standard cartridge filters rather than the finer NanoFilters used on Dolphin's ProLine models | The Pool Nerd |
| Wall climbing | Climbed walls well and spent significant time scrubbing the waterline during testing | PoolBots |
| Noted | Weighs about 24 lbs dry, with a 50-foot cable that has an anti-tangle swivel | PoolBots |
| Runtime | Standard cleaning cycle runs 2.5 hours (quick clean 1.5 hr / enhanced clean 3.5 hr options also offered) | PoolBots |
| Filter capacity | Only two filter media options (fine and ultra-fine), versus four on the cheaper Dolphin Premier | PoolBots |
| Debris pickup | Picked up silt and sand well but struggled with larger debris like leaves and pine needles | PoolBots |
- The Pool Nerd rates the CC Supreme as a good cleaner held back by its one-year warranty and standard filters, concluding it is not the smart buy at its price against Dolphin's own longer-warrantied lines. (Pool Nerd Disapproved) The Pool Nerd
- The reviewer's bottom line is that the CC Supreme cleans as well as Dolphin's other robots, but loses on value rather than performance. The Pool Nerd
- PoolBots concludes it's hard to see how the Nautilus CC Supreme's roughly $1,500 price aligns with its performance, given its app connectivity issues and limited filter options. PoolBots
