What long-term reviewers and owners report.

A reviewer who lived with the YUKA Mini 2 for a season says its LiDAR-and-vision obstacle avoidance reliably spots small, easy-to-miss objects like tennis balls left in the yard by dogs. scotsman.com
The same reviewer says the battery comfortably handles large lawns and self-charges, so battery life isn't something owners need to worry about day to day. scotsman.com
A Scotsman reviewer who lived with the YUKA Mini 2 for a season says initial setup takes some patience (walking the boundary, working through firmware updates) before the mower settles into running itself with minimal fuss. scotsman.com
The same reviewer's dog leaves small stones on the lawn, and the mower's obstacle detection doesn't reliably spot them, though the cutting height keeps it from actually striking them. scotsman.com
The reviewer says the cutting disc sits well in from the mower's edge, so it can leave uncut strips along fenced boundaries and tight corners even though it's fine cutting flush to paving. scotsman.com
On lawns with fences or lots of corners rather than open paved edges, the same edge-cutting gap means the robot can miss patches entirely, requiring a manual mower for those spots. scotsman.com

Named testers’ published figures, not ours.

What	Finding	Tester
Slope handled	handles slopes of up to 45 per cent, and its treaded wheels cope with wet and slippery grass (the maker's figure the tester quoted: Mammotion rates the YUKA mini 2 line at a 45% (24 deg) max slope inside the task area) (the reviewer repeats Mammotion's own slope rating rather than reporting a test of it)	The Scotsman (Gareth Butterfield)
Noted	Reviewer runs the mower at a 40mm cutting height on a regular schedule and calls the manual height adjustment fine to live with	The Scotsman (Gareth Butterfield)

After a season of ownership, the reviewer concludes the YUKA Mini 2's navigation, obstacle avoidance and automation make it a strong option for a broader audience than pricier rival mowers, despite its edge-cutting gap. The Scotsman (Gareth Butterfield)
