Depending on the box: cat weight tracking, usage history, alerts and remote start. The third and fourth columns of the table show it box by box.
Can I start a cycle without the app?
On the boxes in the table, yes. The Litter-Robot has a Cycle button on the machine, and the Neakasa has a Clean button.
Is a box with no app at all better for me?
It is simpler, but you give up reports. The PetSafe ScoopFree has no app, uses disposable crystal trays, and does not state a cat weight limit.
Does it still work if my WiFi goes out for a day?
A box whose maker says it works offline keeps its cycle. When the internet returns, the app catches up on features that need the cloud.
