Every Roborock Amazon sold new on November 2, 2026, cheapest first. Height tells you if it fits under your sofa or bed. The door sill column is the tallest single ledge it climbs. How Roborock’s lines differ

  1. Q is the low-price line. Vacuum Wars calls it “Roborock Budget Line” (Vacuum Wars). 5 on Amazon from $140 to $550; 1 washes the mop in the dock. A plus sign adds the self-emptying dock. The Q7 M5+ page lists a dock that empties the robot for up to 49 days; the Q7 M5 page lists none. On Amazon the dock costs $20 more.
  2. Qrevo is the mopping line. Vacuum Wars calls it the “Premium Mopping Line” (Vacuum Wars). 9 on Amazon from $400 to $1,400; 7 wash the mop in the dock. Most of our picks are Qrevos.
  3. Saros is the top line. Vacuum Wars calls it the “Ultra-Premium Line” (Vacuum Wars). 4 on Amazon from $900 to $1,700; 2 wash the mop in the dock. The Saros Z70 is the one with a mechanical arm (Roborock).

What more money buys

  1. $250: a dock that empties the robot. The Q7 M5+ is the lowest price with one. Its dock does not wash the mop.
  2. $900: a dock that washes the mop. The Qrevo S5V adds spinning mops that lift 10 mm on rugs, and the dock washes and dries them.
  3. $950: a thinner robot and a higher mop lift. The Qrevo CurvX is 3.14 in tall and lifts its mop 17 mm, so it fits under more sofas and keeps thicker rugs dry.
  4. $1,000: a robot that climbs. The Qrevo Edge 3 Pro crosses door sills up to 1.77 in (single step) and stacked thresholds up to 3.46 in (double step), by Roborock’s numbers (Roborock). The Saros 20 Flow has the same stacked-threshold figure, 88 mm (double step, maker's number) (3.46 in), for $700 more.

We do not test robots. Each pick follows a rule on Roborock’s own figures, the same rules as our pet hair and under $500 pages. Price decides only between Roborocks that pass. The five checks: anti-tangle brush, empties itself, clears a 15 mm door strip with room to spare, mop lifts for rugs and says how long the bag lasts.

Its dock washes and warm-air dries the mop (Roborock). Of the 2 Roborocks on Amazon that pass all five, it costs the least. Refills (bags, filters, pads) cost about $99–$258 a year at Amazon prices.

The catch: it climbs only 20 mm (maker's number, step type not given), by Roborock’s figure. Measure your tallest door sill first. At 3.8 in tall, it is too tall for some sofas.

For: Lowest price that empties itself

It is the lowest-priced Roborock on Amazon with a dock that empties it: up to 49 days between bags. It has an anti-tangle brush and climbs 20 mm (maker's number, step type not given). Refills (bags, filters, pads) cost about $85–$130 a year at Amazon prices.

The catch: its dock does not wash the mop, and Roborock gives no mop-lift figure, so plan to take the mop off before it cleans rugs.

It passes all five checks, and of the Roborocks that do, it lifts its mop the highest: 17 mm. At 3.14 in tall it fits under more beds and sofas. It is the Roborock our Roborock vs Roomba page picks for the same home. Refills (bags, filters, pads) cost about $175–$391 a year at Amazon prices.

The catch: it costs $50 more than the Qrevo S5V.

Roborock says it crosses single door sills up to 1.77 in (single step) and stacked thresholds up to 3.46 in (double step) (Roborock). That ties the highest climb figure of any Roborock on Amazon, and it costs the least of the 3 that reach it. The Saros 20 Flow has the same stacked-threshold figure for $700 more. It is 3.14 in tall.

The catch: its page gives no figure for how long the dock bag lasts or how far the mop lifts, so it passes 3 of our five checks on paper. Buy it for the climb, not for rugs.

Which Roborock is best for pet hair?

On hard floors with rugs, the Qrevo CurvX: it passes all five of our pet checks and lifts its mop the highest of those that do. For less money, the Qrevo S5V also passes all five. 2 Roborocks on Amazon pass all five: Qrevo S5V and Qrevo CurvX. Best robot vacuum for pet hair, all brands.

What is the best value Roborock?

The Qrevo S5V ($900). It is the lowest-priced Roborock that passes all five checks, with a dock that washes the mop. If you only need a robot that empties itself, the Q7 M5+ ($250) costs less.

Roborock Q7 or Q10?

Both the Q7 M5+ and Q10 S5+ empty themselves for up to 7 weeks and stand 3.9 in tall, by Roborock’s pages. The Q10 S5+ mops with a vibrating pad (VibraRise 2.0); Roborock describes the Q7 M5+ mop as detachable, not vibrating. On Amazon the Q10 S5+ cost $300 more on November 2, 2026. Get the Q10 if you mop often; the Q7 if you mostly vacuum.

Is a Saros worth it over a Qrevo?

Only if you need what it adds. The Saros 20 Flow climbs stacked thresholds up to 3.46 in, but the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro, a Qrevo, has the same figure for $700 less. What does a two-layer threshold mean?

Two bumps in a row, such as a door sill beside a sliding-door track. Roborock says the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro crosses single door sills up to 1.77 in and stacked ones up to 3.46 in (Roborock). Roborock’s Saros 20 page splits the 3.46 in into a 1.77 in sill plus a 1.69 in step (Roborock). A two-layer figure is not a single step that high. Measure your tallest sill.

Which Roborock is the thinnest?

Qrevo Edge 2, Saros 10, Qrevo CurvX, Saros Z70, Qrevo Edge 3 Pro and Saros 20: 3.14 in tall, by Roborock’s figures. Measure the gap under your sofa and leave a little room.

Is Roborock a Chinese company? Is it Xiaomi?

Roborock is based in China. Its own page says “Roborock is headquartered in Beijing” and that it was founded in July 2014 (Roborock). It is not Xiaomi, but Xiaomi invested early: “In September 2014, we received the investment from Xiaomi” (Roborock).

Can I still buy a Roborock after the FCC rule?

Yes. On July 28, 2026 the FCC added foreign-made robots to its Covered List (FCC). That stops new models from getting approval (FCC). It does not stop stores selling models approved before (FCC). All 18 Roborocks in the table were sold new on Amazon on November 2, 2026.

What warranty does a Roborock have?

One year. 18 of the 18 Roborock pages we read for the models on Amazon state a 1-year limited warranty; every one does.
